In the event that you are dissatisfied with a recommendation we have made you may be entitled to make a complaint and we will confirm to you how this can be done within our Client Services Agreement and can provide you with a copy of our Complaints Procedure.  In addition, The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is an agency for arbitrating on unresolved complaints between regulated firms and their clients.  Full details of the FOS can be found on its website at:
